Who are we?
Founded by Grzegorz Cholewa, a Polish artisan with over 25 years of experience, Artisan Wood Lab is the culmination of a lifelong pursuit of excellence in design and craftsmanship.
Grzegorz’s story began in a modest workshop in Poland, where his fascination with timber, texture and form ignited a career that would later span across Europe. His journey led him to London in 2001, where he honed his skills among the city’s most distinguished architectural projects before establishing his own workshop in 2015.
Today, Artisan Wood Lab is located in North Kensington and is the perfect space to meticulously handcraft remarkable artwork, combining solid wood, liquid metal and artistic vision to produce truly bespoke works of art. Our team of artisans and designers share a common goal: to create with intention, precision and passion. Every curve, joint and surface is shaped by hand, reflecting our belief that luxury lies in the details only the human touch can achieve.
